OUR PROMISE
Every Al Majaan block is crafted with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or burned blocks cannot be returned.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
